COSTS, SERVICES & TIMES

Balewink offers the following shipping on orders placed Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched the same day, after this timeframe it will be dispatched the next working day. Please refer to pricing and timelines for both UK and International territories below:

UK DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

• £6 Via UPS Next Day (Delivery by End of Next working Day)
• £12 Via UPS Express (Delivery by 12am Next Working Day)

EU DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

• £13 Via UPS Standard (2 to 5 Working Days) please refer to tracking information for an accurate ETA

USA DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

• £20 Via UPS Express (2 Working Days)

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD) DELIVERY RATES

We offer the following shipping options:

• £13 Via Royal Mail (5 to 14 Working Days) for orders of up to £250 value 
• £35 Via UPS Express (2 to 5 Working Days) please refer to tracking information for an accurate ETA

For UPS, Please allow up to 5 working days depending on your country. 

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or customs and duties after the item has been shipped.

We will do our best to protect our international customers from receiving such fees but cannot guarantee any unexpected expenses incurred.

Please note: We may ask you for further documentation such as proof of ID to facilitate customs processing. Without this information we maybe unable to move forward with your order until this has been provided.
